Many people are not happy with their life and want make changes.
They might not like their current job, the place where they are living, they might be looking for a new relationship. They might be working very hard to get clarity on what it is they would like to achieve, what is preventing them to achieve it and they might be taking steps to achieve them.
But they might be forgetting something very important…
Unless we make peace with ourselves completely, with other people, with whatever has happened in our life, with our current circumstances, we will be still struggling.
The reason why whatever happened happened, is because we created it, and so… it is in us. And unless we free from it, we will re-create it in one form or another.
When we will make peace with it, we will be free. And when we will be able to make peace with it, everything will become easy.
Love is who you are

It is very important that you honor your pain, whatever it is.
There are many beliefs that say that one ’should be strong’, or that one ’should get over it’, or ‘do not cling to the past’, or ‘do not stay in the past’. They do not work, and actually they cause you more problems.
If what you have experienced have caused you pain, you need to welcome it, to acknowledge it, to honor it, in order for it to heal. If we deny our pain, we create toxic energy within ourselves, in our system, within our cells, which then come out in anger, stress, depression, anxiety, problems in our body.
But if we welcome our pain, we allow it to leave, and we heal. Cry if you need to, let all the pain come up, so that it can go. Let God or Source Energy or Consciousness or however you wish to call it, heal you. And this wonderful music can help do just that http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4c8IvUBJ30c&feature=related.
The more you heal yourself, the more you heal the world.

I am creating new coaching workshops for Sustainable Relations which will be ready by September.
People in different countries treat each other differently, and I wonder if you might be able to help me with regards to the country you are living in or a country you know about.
Do you know any best practice in how people treat each other in your country - it could be in families, communities, corporations or else? And are there cultural beliefs that help people treat each other with respect?
I am very grateful for any information you can give me - please send me an email at info@pgcoaching.co.uk.
Thanks!

Does it mean having rules of behavior, i.e. be kind, be compassionate, etc.?
No.
If we choose to love, it means letting go of anything to the contrary.
If we choose to love, it means deciding to love, keep the focus on being loving both towards ourselves and others, and commit to let go of what love is not, which we hold mainly in our subconscious. It means letting go of anything to the contrary to Love in the form of thoughts, beliefs, feelings, behaviours, and it all comes down to the ego. And the more we let go of the ego, the more loving we become, until we realize that Love is our very nature.
We might have heard a lot about rules in our religious upbringing, or in our societal conditioning - you have to do this or that, you have to behave in this or that way, etc. But Love is about freedom, there are no rules to Love. Love is about being who we really are. Love is about attitude. Rules create limitations in our subconscious mind and more negativity. But as the ego has a strong grip, we need to be totally committed to letting it go in order to be able to Love, it is a 24/7 job.
Will you choose to Love?
