We really really really need to do something.

Whether they are our loved ones, whether it is ourselves, whether it is our colleagues , whether it is our community, we really need to change.

And in order to change we need first to become aware of how we are treating people.

Are we loving? Are we respectful? Do we remember what love is?

I find it so painful to see how much people are not respected and treated as each human being deserves; and also we are becoming less aware of our behaviors.

We really need to heal ourselves in order to be magnificent and live the life we were meant to live - a life of greatness, not mediocrity, and we need to help the world.

Shadow will always create pain to ourselves and others, and we really need to commit to heal it. Shadow is what we judge, what we blame, what we do not want to be. Here are some examples of shadows of sex:

Shadow of the Puritans
everything is dirty and bad and sin
the finger is pointed in blame and judgment

Shadow of the Libertines - it is the same as the shadow of the Puritans, but reversed
i overheard once this conversation among a girl and a boy university students:
he was saying: ‘you know, I have morals’
she replied: ‘you are so uncool, you still have morals’
the guy did not look as if he had a strong self-esteem, so probably he felt bad about himself and might have betrayed his truth

one girl once came to me in tears, her ‘boyfriend’ kept criticizing her because she was too ’serious’
i asked her: ‘do you think he loves you?’
she replied: ‘he says he does’
i said: ‘do you think he loves you if he says something like that?’
she thought for a while and replied: ‘that is not love’

Shadow of the Homophobic:
i was talking sometime ago with somebody who said: ‘i really hope he does not get to be elected’
i said: ‘why?’
he said: ‘because he is gay’
i said: ’what does it mean?’
he said: ‘ because he would make the interest of the gays’

Don’t we see how all these behaviors are causing pain to people?

We really need to heal ourselves in order for us to be who we truly are, in order to bring about healing to the planet. The world needs your help.
