Hi everybody,
As I have been told by many people, it is not easy to find the right coach who can help you achieve what you want and fast. And if you speak of yourself, your life, your business, you need somebody you feel comfortable opening up with, somebody you know the work of, somebody you can fully trust.
I know that many people look for a coach in people they know or through recommendations. But what if nobody knows the kind of coach you are looking for, what can you do? Where can you look with the trust it is a place you can trust? There are many coaches directories, but sometimes it is not easy to find there a coach able to help you.
I am in the process of creating a New group in LinkedIn, which will be of course free, and I need your input in order for it to be of real help.
If in the group there will be coaches from many different countries, of many different specialties, and modalities of work - over the phone, face to face, Skype, - what would make it possible for you to trust them?
Here are a few points which might be of help, but please send me your requests, either by commenting below, or directly by email to info@pgcoaching.co.uk:
- if in the group you read articles written by the coaches or links to videos of their work
- if they offer you a free consultation or a complete session in order for you to evaluate it fully and then decide if you wish to continue
- if they tell you a part from their qualifications, also their values, as I know many people look for coaches who have the same value system
- if they offer you a money back guarantee
- if it is you who chooses the number and frequency of sessions
- if you find testimonials from previous clients of their work
what would help you feel really comfortable in choosing? is there something you would like to see?
